The BedPosts website serves two main purposes:
- A place where the traveller can find good quality affordable serviced accommodation around UK offered by independent operators
- It is the home of the BedPosts community where these independent operators meet to discuss matters of mutual interest and work together to raise standards.
The free-to-join community has an association with elected officials to represent its interests.
