This website has been designed to act in the first instance as a vertical advertising web portal to be found by members of the public seeking accommodation in UK. Typically they search the Internet using keywords such as hotel, bed and breakfast, B&B, self-catering and cottage juxtaposed with a town name or area. Each town page of BedPosts has been search engine optimised to be found with such words and will bring a significant number of potential visitor referrals to members who advertise their accommodation.
Each member can have an advertisement on town/village pages within 10 miles of their location comprising:
- photo
- around 400 characters of text description
- contact information and
- website link
Users of THOR basic, an accommodation availability-check system provided free-of-charge by the sponsors Internet Results Ltd, can additionally have a brochure page comprising:
- 3 extra photos
- unlimited text description
- facilities icons and description
- availability check tool
The brochure page may be a platform for taking bookings and payments using THOR pro. Moreover Business Club members can display reviews by named guests.
