Members pose problems and issues to the Forum and other members are keen to respond and give their opinions or advice. Of course, nobody is claiming to be an expert and members need to evaluate the answers given in that context.
Here is an example post in this case made by the Administrator of the Forum, not the most prolific poster, who also likes to put in his tuppence worth.
Sometimes members need instant answers for example “I've got a guest (here now!) who is ....! How should I handle it?” It's surprising how many suggestions are posted within an hour. Forum members become friends with one another and even visit or stay with one another. Members have even sent money.
To date there are almost 20,000 message posts in the forum on all sorts of topics.
So if you feel isolated from help and assistance, you needn't be because in the BedPosts Forum you are amongst friends.
The concept of advice will next be extended to out online library (wiki) in a more formalised way.
Some of our members have blogs open to Joe Public and accommodation providers alike. They are only too happy to respond to messages with advice.
There are advisory services that are already visualised and will come along with the growth in membership.
