Although BedPosts members staying at one another's homes is not new, having a breakaway is a first. The event from the evening of Wednesday 25th January to the morning of Friday 27th January 2012 has two distinct elements:

1. Pleasure
   • Two dinners together at Oxford Spires, Four Pillars Hotel, on the evenings of 25th and 26th
   • Organised tour of Oxford Castle from 2 pm on 26th
   • Your own activities e.g, theatre to see Spamelot, shopping, sightseeing
2. Business
   • Conference 11 am to 2 pm on Thursday 26th to
   • Discuss issues presently facing members
   • Give direction to the progression of BedPosts
   • Get marketing assistance through the new BedPosts website, SEO of own website and social networking
   • Optionally combined with tour of Castle

Note that the price of a tour of the Castle is £7.95 at the gate and £5 if booked in advance. There will be three types of ticket on sale through this website:

• £17 for conference + lunch + tour
• £12 for conference + lunch
• £5 for tour only

The conference room seats 60 and the intention is to sell 60 tickets for the event as a stand alone i.e. as a day event without need to attend the rest of the BreakAway. The start of the conference is conveniently timed at 11 am to allow an easy drive for those living within 50 miles of Oxford. Members not staying overnight should consider coming for the day and fill the back seat of the car with friends/associates in the business whether or not currently BedPosts members.

Members booked for the BreakAway should buy this element online or sent a cheque separately. An invoice/receipt will be issued by Internet Results Ltd to support a claim for the event for tax purposes and the attendant overnight accommodation/sustenance.
